Shipping and Delivery

Processing Time

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 1pm AEST, the same day. Orders received after 1pm AEST will be shipped out the next business day.

Shipping Services - Australia

Standard Shipping- Free on purchases over $100. Estimated 2-8 Business Days.

Express Shipping- Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout. Estimated 1-4 Business Days

*Please note shipping timeframes are an estimate only. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or disruptions. Please note, WA has longer estimated delivery timeframes, If your order is urgent, we recommend selecting Express Shipping to avoid delays.

Shipping Services - International

Shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes will be calculated at the checkout. Delivery confirmation and tracking will be provided.

International Duties & Taxes

International customers may be required to pay duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are not included in the purchase price, or the shipping rate. Customers are responsible for any customs and duties fees that may be incurred, these fees will not be reimbursed.

 

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@darlingshine.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure your exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
