The function of the item is unknown, but it is likely intended to be used as a utility that, when used, summons a Paradrop Supply Crate.
HUD Icon was added in the July 6, 2018 update to iconlib.swf. The untextured model was added during the Counter-Strike 2 Beta launch. [1]
