For the Boulevadier mentioned in the accompanying article, try using cynar instead of campari. It makes for a really solid fall cocktail.
Before seeing this today I thought I’d invented this cocktail during the 2020 lockdown. We’ve been calling it the Lower Manhattan.
excellent. more recipes. please from Ms Newman.
Really good. Try it over ice in a rocks glass.

This type of vermouth is the perfect match for high-end whiskeys and bourbons. It compliments and doesn't crush the flavor. I can't buy mine locally but I can order it. It's totally worth it to keep on hand!
