我们为了特殊服务付了额外的钱，天啊我们很失望...我们基本没有什么服务。不要浪费你的钱。在这个区域有这么多地方可以选择，不要选择这个地方。没有任何活动，我们在那儿期间只有一场秀。我们必须和客房服务争吵才能让他们来打扫我们的房间。我真希望我们可以把我们的钱要回来。这是我丈夫的第一次全包式酒店，对他来说这真是一段糟糕的经历。如果我能让他再尝试一次，那真是我的运气。远离这个地方

We must say that we are really surprised about your comment regarding our entertainment offer since we never receive this kind of feedback, on the contrary, as you can read in most of our reviews, our diverse entertainment program is one of the aspects that characterizes; we truly regret that you perceived a lack of entertainment. Regarding your comment about the cleaning of your room, our records indicate that your room was cleaned everyday for the 3 nights that you stayed at our resort, however please receive our most sincere apologies if you perceived that the room was not cleaned properly or in a timely manner. At Ocean Coral & Turquesa we certainly care about our guests' feedback and we have the commitment to provide quality service beyond their expectations therefore we lament that your experience was not the way you expected and we want to thank you for sharing your comments on this site which give us the opportunity to evaluate our performance and help us to continue to improve our facilities and services. 一个团,11个女人,年龄28到67岁不等,在这个度假村住了五天!一切都是那么好。从舒适的房间(我睡沙发),到极为整洁的花园。泳池更是干净漂亮。所有的一切都很棒。我们很高兴被主厨选去到厨房用晚餐。8道美味佳肴无与伦比。厨房被打扫得一尘不染,还有技艺高超的厨师和焙烤师们精致的服务!我们早饭的服务生,每餐都服务得很周到。每餐都准备得十分充分,而且食物新鲜美味!酒吧服务员,Jose,Teresa,Gabriella还让我们喝了个够。
在这期间,娱乐部员工成了我们很好的朋友。非常感谢他们逗我们开心。Maribel让我们的房间一尘不染。最后,亲爱的Joaquin绝对是个绅士.我们每次心血来潮时都会款待我们。强烈推荐给每一个想短期旅行的人。我好想我的新朋友,谢谢你们所做的一切!

我知道我永远不能说完这家度假村很棒又乐于助人的人了,但我会告诉你。11个女士在周六的时候离开了,周四又回来,一生难忘。这个度假村很干净,服务周到。员工很棒,能满足我们所有的需求。从华金到吉欧万娜,劳尔(服务员),阿兰大厨,马塞尔(晚餐主管),马里贝尔,DIDI,埃里克,伊莎贝尔,奥兰多,我还能继续写。服务很棒,度假村漂亮又干净,员工卖力又尊敬人,食���很好吃,演出很好,度假村很美。推荐这家度假村,希望很快再回来。再次谢谢Ocean Coral & Turquesa酒店,让我们度过了一个很棒的周末。更不用说泳池和沙滩了。非常干净!!!
