我们刚刚结束了在Sandos Eco Caracol的美妙假期!格雷、纳耶利、维吉尔达、何塞和埃里克·威廉和在皇家精英泳池旁的服务生都给了我们一流的服务。罗德里、菲利普和胡安娜在我们住宿期间是出色的调酒师!他们让我们每天都回来，因为知道我们在这里会得到放松和照顾。在三次不同的场合，Pedro和La Riviera团队都给了我们很棒的服务。我还想要夸一夸非常有天分的厨师。这里的食物制作的很完美，也很美味。这是我们第一次来这个度假村，我们也迫不及待要回来了。

酒店的娱乐团队绝对是史上最好的！（非常棒）我们在这里玩得超级开心的（所以他们很棒）。他们简直是让人大吃一惊，太厉害了。如果你看他们的表演，你是永远不会感觉到无聊的。我们超级喜欢他们的。他们非常的友好，而且超级酷的！就为了这个表演，下次我一定会再次回来这里的。亚伯拉罕是酒店里最好的人！他非常的善良，而且超级幽默和非常棒的，长得也很帅气！在酒店举办的活动中，你可以跟着他一起开怀大笑。能认识他真的是太好了！

是一个非常棒的地方，有一个泳池，一些餐厅，还有一个仅提供给成年人的海滩区。真的是非常好，但是在度假村的其他地方，你的周边还是有很多家庭入住的。不是成年人专有的，注意这点。度假村其余部分还不错，海滩有很多岩石，所以去海边散步或游泳都是很难的。享受太阳还是可以的。餐厅必须做出改变，食物也只是一般般。

里卡多、亚伯拉罕、伊莱尼亚、阿尼巴尔、埃米利奥、埃里克、贝尔纳多，等等。我们第一次在墨西哥度假就在这家酒店。酒店的娱乐团队为我们制作了节目，让我们在游泳池和海滩上玩的很开心，而且每天都有水上有氧课程。我们很喜欢这家酒店，有很多很棒的事���可以做。这里还有很多的野生动物。我们可以在去游泳池的路上喂猴子！这里的食物也很好吃，夜间还有很棒的娱乐项目。

这个度假村的噪音特别多，很吵，我特别讨厌这里时刻不停的迪斯科音乐。这里真的太吵了，让我睡眠很不好。另一个要注意的事情是，周边其他酒店和度假村的客人也会发出很吵闹的噪音。听说这周边的度假村酒店都是一个公司的，我认为酒店的管理人员应该好好调查和处理噪音问题，特别是成人区域那，那里最吵。

Dear Rubsky, We would like to extend warm regards on behalf of the Sandos Caracol family and thank you for the time invested in posting your review. Unfortunately, the loud noise you mention was not coming from Sandos Caracol, the resorts next to us are not owned by Sandos. At Sandos, we are committed to the safety and peace of all our guests, that is why all our internal events and shows are carefully analyzed so as not to affect the harmony of our environment; we have a strict policy in which our events are not allowed to go on past 11:00 p.m. to allow our guests to rest. We were also not made aware of this beach party that lasted all night. We activated our internal protocols and called the corresponding authorities so that they could take action on the matter during the course of the event because the resort next door did not respect the decibels established for the area. We deeply regret that this affected your night. Kind regards, Sandos Caracol Eco Resort and Spa Management.
