to Consider a Petition to Amend the Boundaries of the
Kelly Park Community Development District

In compliance with the provisions of Chapter 190, Florida Statutes, a public hearing will be held
by the City Council of the City of Apopka, Florida, to consider an ordinance to adopt an
amendment to Ordinance No. 2924 and amend the boundaries of the Kelly Park Community
Development District ("District"). The title of the proposed Ordinance is as follows:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF APOPKA, FLORIDA, AMENDING
THE BOUNDARIES OF THE KELLY PARK COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT ESTABLISHED PURSUANT TO
ORDINANCE NO. 2924; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE;
ADDRESSING CONFLICTS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
The District is comprised of 213.409 acres, more or less, generally located south of Ondich
Road, west of Effie Drive, east of Round Lake Road and north of West Kelly Park Road, entirely
within the City of Apopka, Florida. Petitioner has submitted a petition to amend the boundary
of the District by removing approximately 2.328 acres, more or less, for an amended total of
approximately 211.081 acres, more or less.
The information presented at this hearing will be used to afford the District, landowners, any
affected units of local government, and the general public, a fair and adequate opportunity to
appear and present oral and written comments regarding the boundary amendment of the
District. If adopted, the ordinance will amend the boundaries of the District and designate the
lands to be services by the District.
Copies of the petition and the proposed ordinance are open to public inspection at the City
Clerk's Office, 120 East Main Street, Apopka, Florida 32703, during regular business hours. For

All interested persons and affected units of general-purpose government shall be given an
opportunity to appear at the hearing and present oral or written comments on the petition.
Any persons or affected unit of general-purpose local government, who wish to appeal any
decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at this public hearing will
need a record of the proceedings. For that purpose, the person or unit of general-purpose local
government may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made that
includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
