Landis And John Doe and/or Jane Doe Real Names Unknown, The Unknonw Heirs, devisess,legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Robert Landis, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below: Situated in the City of Trotwood, County of Montgomery and State of Ohio: Being Lot Numbered Eight Hundred Fifty-Two (852), Town View Plat No. 4, Section 6 as recorded in Plat Book "UU", Page 79 of the Plat Records of Montgomery County, Ohio. Premises commonly known as: 1323 Marot Dr, Dayton, OH 45417 Parcel No.: H33 01223 0055 The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.
