PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE LEBANON BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS The Lebanon Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 7, 2024 at 5:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, Second Floor, City Building, 50 S. Broadway, Lebanon, Ohio. The public hearing is to solicit input on a Dimensional Variance application filed by Kroger. The property is located at 1425 Columbus Avenue and is zoned "GC" General Commercial. The applicant requests a Dimensional Variance to LCO 1139.08 B. Wall Signs to allow 550+ square feet of wall signage where 150 square feet is permitted. Any interested person may attend this meeting, express their views, and submit evidence and/or written comments regarding the request.
