PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE LEBANON BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS The Lebanon Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 7, 2024 at 5:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, Second Floor, City Building, 50 S. Broadway, Lebanon, Ohio. The public hearing is to solicit input on a Dimensional Variance application filed by Zhiyong Zhao on behalf of Secure EZ Storage. The property is located at 110 Harmon Avenue and is zoned "I-1" Light Industrial. The applicant requests a Dimensional Variance to LCO 1137.06: Location & Access For Parking and Loading Areas to build an off-street parking facility zero feet from the side lot line where parking facilities are required to be set back a minimum of ten feet. The applicant also requests a Dimensional Variance to LCO 1135.14: Fencing Permitted in Business Districts to construct a fence at 72 inches in height where a maximum of 48 inches is permitted.
