Notice is hereby given that on 7/1/24, the Council of the City of New Carlisle held a Regular meeting where the following were: INTRODUCED: Ordinance 2024-31 ( Action on 07/15/2024) AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF AN UNNEEDED CITY VEHICLE Ordinance 2024-32 (Action on 07/15/2024) AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF NOT TO EXCEED $210,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS, SERIES 2024 BY THE CITY OF NEW CARLISLE, OHIO, FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYING THE COST OF PURCHASING A NEW STREET SWEEPER AND NECESSARY APPURTENANCES THERETO. Ordinance 2024-33 (Action on 07/15/2024) AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A SECTION OF CHAPTER 850 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF NEW CARLISLE REGARDING CITY POLICY PASSED: Ordinance 2024-30 AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE TAX BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF NEW CARLISLE, OHIO FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2025, AND SUBMITTING THE SAME TO THE AUDITOR OF CLARK COUNTY, OHIO Upcoming Meetings: 7/15/24, 8/5/24, 8/19/24 - Regular Council Meetings start time: 6:00 pm.
