Legal Notice of Fy 2023 Hud "Caper" Comment

LEGAL NOTICE OF FY 2023 HUD "CAPER" COMMENT PERIOD AND PUBLIC HEARING. The City of Middletown, as directed by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), has completed a performance report for Program Year 2023 (May 1, 2023 through April 30, 2024). This report, the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER), includes projects undertaken through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. The CAPER describes accomplishments in program year 2023. CAPER information will be available to the public for review online at www.cityofmiddletown.org or the city building in the Development Services Department, One Donham Plaza, Middletown, Ohio. The required 15-day public comment period will start on Monday, July 8, 2024 and run through Wednesday, July 24, 2024. In addition, a public meeting will be held on Monday, July 15, 2023 at 1:00pm in Conference Room 3C, One Donham Plaza, Middletown Ohio 45042 to receive comments regarding the CAPER. Members of the public are invited to speak at this meeting.
