Notice to Bidders: Sealed Bids Will Be Received

NOTICE TO BIDDERS: Sealed bids will be received by NorthPoint Development at the Township Office, located 9113 Cincinnati Dayton Road at 10:00 am local time on Tuesday, July 30, 2024 and opened immediately thereafter for furnishing the labor, materials and equipment necessary for the "Aviation Way road extension and additional road improvements on Imagination Boulevard" in West Chester Township associated with the private 'NOBLE' multi-family development. NorthPoint Development shall only award the contracts to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code (O.R.C) Section 9.312(c). Bids submitted must be clearly marked which project the bid is intended for "Aviation Way Road extension and additional road improvements on Imagination Boulevard" on the outside of the envelope. A Pre-bid Meeting will be held Tuesday, July 23, 2024 at 10:00 am at the job-site trailer, located immediately West of GE Aerospace, located at 6380 Aviation Way | West Chester, Ohio 45069. Copies of the plans, RFP, and proposal forms may be viewed at the job-site trailer Monday through Friday from 7:00am 3:30pm or call (513) 309-6471 to request documents to be emailed. In accordance with O.R.C. 153.54, each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, letter of credit or certified check equal to 10% of the bid. No proposals will be entertained unless submitted on bid forms furnished by NorthPoint Development. NorthPoint Development reserves the right to waive any irregularities, informalities and to award contracts to the bidder or bidders they deem most capable of meeting the completion dates, time being of the essence. This project will comply with all of the guidelines/requirements for prevailing wage, which can be found within the bid package for ease of reference. 7-5, 7-12, 7-19/2024
