Asking open question - what, how, when, where ? (avoid using "why" as you don't want the person in front of you feeling judged or having to justify themselves). Active listening will actually give you the right topic to tackle with your team. We too often think of a solution before listening - thus, responding to non-existing needs, or worse, reinforcing the lack of open conversations.

Preventing Corruption in International Companies - Master Thesis
My master thesis adresses the topic of preventing corruption within international companies. The first part is devoted to the presentation of the bribery scandal of Siemens, which is the backbone of the research. Secondly, the likely reasons for bribery practices perpetrated by the company, from external factors to social explanations, are analyzed and discussed. Finally, the research suggests concrete solutions for managers in charge of implementing bribery prevention programs and proposes a…
