By leveraging our data-driven insights, the culinary team has achieved a remarkable 34% reduction in edible food waste per guest in just two months. They've taken proactive steps such as optimizing their offerings, cutting pasta and pancake waste by 50%. 🍝 Also, KITRO's analysis revealed that edible waffle cups were often wasted. They creatively redesigned their serving methods to eliminate this unnecessary waste. To engage their team, they've transformed food waste reduction into a collaborative challenge, fostering a culture of sustainability and awareness among their staff. The company culture is very relaxed while goal oriented, and the working hours are flexible. It is always possible to work around your schedule, there’s basically no “you have to be available then and then”, so it’s easy to balance between work and life obligations. After the first meeting - the company culture, the enthusiastic spirit, and familiar feeling sealed the deal for me.
