Council Oak Steaks & Seafood

Council Oak Steaks & Seafood offers the sophisticated, classic-American steakhouse fare, originally made famous at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casinos in Florida.

The menu offers USDA prime cuts of beef, delectable seafood selections, and more. Meals are prepared by Council Oak’s chefs on the state-of-the-art J&R wood fire grills and Josper coal ovens, both of which help bring out all the subtle flavors in the meats. The perfect complement, Council Oak’s bar offers well-known and approachable liquors, alongside an exclusive list of high-end spirits. An extensive wine-by-the-glass selection and intimate seating along with live entertainment is offered nightly in the lounge area.

Prime Dry-Aged Beef

Council Oak Steaks & Seafood offers USDA dry-aged prime steaks and the freshest seafood. The cuts of meat are dry-aged for up to 45 days, personally selected, and hand-sculpted inside of our Butcher Shop featuring a Himalayan salt-brick-walled chamber.

Oyster Recycling Program

Council Oak Steaks & Seafood is doing its part to ensure the sustainability of the seafood industry.

In just months, we can easily rack up around 25,000 pounds worth of oyster shells, which is roughly 50,000 shells. That’s because so many people love eating them — and eating a lot of them. However, we’re making an effort to make sure there will continue to be enough to go around. We participate in an oyster-shell recycling program in partnership with Stockton University and the Cooperative Extension of Rutgers New Jersey Agricultural Experiment Station (NJAES).

Oyster farmers are able to use the recycled shells to raise more oysters, ensuring the industry’s sustainability.
