Job Summary
As Sale Representative Craft Beer – Fraser Valley and Tri-Cities; you are responsible for the sales and representation on the entire Fraser Valley and Tri-Cities, which includes Key accounts, Retail and On-Premises.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
Support and develop strategies in the designated sales territory to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets and company growth objectives
Service existing accounts on a regular calendar basis
Identify and target possible new accounts
Monitor and analyze your competition by gathering current marketplace information
Resolve customer service issues
Maintain detailed records on customer/accounts interaction
Achieve sales quotas and targets, and report on deviations
Participate in regular sales team meetings
Submit weekly territory reviews
Participate as needed in industry events, festivals, and activities such as customer promotions, trade associations, etc.
Train and educate new accounts and staff on craft beer and Central City Products
Other duties as per business needs
Qualifications/Desired Attributes
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar sales position
Passionate about craft beer
Knowledge of Central City and our products
Excellent Communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
High degree of organization, planning, and multi-tasking skills
Ability to maximize time effectively
Strong working ability with Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
Computer proficiency to navigate in-house sales systems on company database and to review sales reports.
Valid BC Driver’s License
Valid Serving It Right number
Professional appearance and mannerism
Pro-active and Self-motivated to achieve results
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
