Cordance is seeking a highly motivated Junior Account Executive to join the BuildCentrix team, a dynamic and innovative construction ERP business that leverages cutting-edge technology to deliver exceptional solutions to our clients. The Junior AE will be responsible for discovering and gathering new leads with potential clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and assisting in closing deals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record in XDR, or Sales functions with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

This is a fully remote role; all candidates must be based in Canada or United States with a strong preference of Vancouver or Toronto.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their needs, goals, and challenges
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and how they align with the client's business objectives
  • Collaborate internally to ensure the successful delivery of products/services and exceed client expectations
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services to existing clients to drive revenue growth
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in SaaS sales or XDR roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM software is a plus
