Job Title: Enterprise Inside Sales Specialist

Status: Full-Time Permanent

Department: Inside Sales

Reports to: Director, Sales

Location: Ontario – Toronto


Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for ensuring client requirements are met, and expectations exceeded. The ISR will manage client inquiries related to hardware pricing and availability, freight and transfer requests and providing the client with ETA updates and managing return requests. The ISR will be responsible for working with Vendors and Manufacturers to gather pricing and hardware availability and provide daily updates to the end user. The ISR will provide daily hardware / software quotes to the client related to End User Compute and Data Centre Infrastructure technology. The ISR will enter Client PO’s / Pulling Orders into an internal order entry system daily. And work closely with internal teams (i.e., Purchasing / Warehouse) to ensure the hardware is delivered to the client within specific SLA guidelines. The ISR will attend client and internal meetings daily or weekly if required.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide Pre- and Post-Sales Support to new and existing Clients; manage enquiries and resolve problems
  • Prepare configurations, quotes, and bids, specific to End User and Data Centre Infrastructure technology
  • Perform order and data entry functions
  • Be proactive in identifying any customer issues and providing resolution or escalating them within the team to resolution
  • Update client catalogues as required
  • Cultivate relationships that ensure long-term customer retention and future sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with Account Manager and CE to develop sales opportunities
  • Attend Vendor training sessions
  • Complete Sales Hardware Certifications
  • Assist Account Management Team with forecasting and account updates as required
  • Perform deal Registration
  • Maintain Client / Vendor relationships

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • 1 -2 years of experience
  • Industry experience is required
  • Industry certifications are an asset
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task between multiple clients
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Must have strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience selling IT Hardware and Services Solutions
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Ability to work well and adapt in a continuously changing environment
