Job Description

We are hiring for Sales Manger with Automotive experience and knowledge in providing top-tier guest experience.

Objective:

  • Manage and motivate a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Showcase vehicle features and conduct test drives.
  • Negotiate prices and finalize sales transactions.
  • Follow-up with potential leads to close sales.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth..
  • Train and mentor sales staff to improve their skills and performance.
  • Monitoring sales performance.
  • Analyzing market trends to identify areas of improvement.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in automotive sales.
  • Managerial experience an asset.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Knowledge of automotive industry trends and developments.
