The Role
Cognota seeks an experienced Account Executive to join our growing team.You'll be working closely with prospective clients to better understand the pain in their current processes and demonstratethe value that Cognota will deliver.
Responsibilities
- Achieve targets for revenue and pipeline generation
- Build strong, value-drivenrelationships with prospects and customers
- Run a full sales cycle including prospecting, product demo, negotiating, and closing
- Clearly communicate Cognota's value proposition
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provide market feedback to the organization
- Maintain accuratepipeline and forecast data
- Work as a team to deliver an exceptionalcustomer experience
- Perform security duties as required
- At least 3+years of experience selling B2B SaaS in Mid Market
- Experience running product demos
- Excellentcommunication skills
- Experience working with Salesforce & other tools
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Takesinitiative and solves problems
- Workswell with cross-functional groups
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment
- Experience with corporate learning and development would be an asset
- Knowledge of L&D an asset
