T-1 sleep to the inaugural Rethinking Disabilities in Toronto. I have run many events during my career and when I look back at each of them, I am certainly proud of what they each accomplished. However, this one tomorrow is unique and special. As someone who was born with a severe hearing disability and developed a speech impediment, this topic of boosting workplace diversity, equity and inclusion for people with disabilities is personal to me.
