It’s Wellness Month at Ontario Transit Group! Well-being is critical to our collective success, and this spans all aspects of wellness – like physical well-being, mental and emotional well-being and even social well-being. We’ve spent the month talking about tools, tips and opportunities to optimize wellness. Last week, we here happy to welcome guest speaker Cathy Caldarola, MBA, Certified Health Coach, to talk about physical wellness, including healthy habits and nutrition. #proudtobeotg

Last week, members of Ontario Transit Group visited the North York Harvest Food Bank, supporting our joint venture partner VINCI Construction Grands Projets (with its VINCI CANADA FUND) in assisting the organization. Founded in 1986, North York Harvest Food Bank is the second largest Food Bank in Toronto and provides food to thousands of families in Toronto. Since last year, there has been a 37% increase of people in Toronto depending on Food Banks. The cost of inflation rates and the housing market are one of the leading factors of these numbers increasing every year. Employees from OTG will be offering their time to volunteer at North York Harvest Food Bank with various initiatives. #proudtobeOTG
