We launched "The Script" at panaqua.ca, delivering a healthy dose of technical insights and water industry news. We trained over a dozen future water treatment operators with TIPs for Water & Wastewater training for indigenous people. Our Chief Operating Officer, Lynda Smithard, PEng, received the 2023 AMEBC Robert R. Hedley Award for excellence in Social and Environmental Responsibility, and she spoke at CIM at an event hosted by CTEM. It has been an incredible journey of growth, innovation, and community involvement. We have been fortunate to remain active and busy not only with industry events but also with a significant project we are undertaking for our customers this year. Work camps and small to medium sized communities have specific constraints when dealing with their wastewater (sewage). In many cases the space is small, the time for deployment is short, certified plant operators may not be available, and staged capacity increase may be required. Some industrial wastewater applications face similar challenges, and higher effluent quality may be required for reuse.
