The show has been praised for its high production values, engaging format, and ability to spotlight both diverse culinary talent and unexpected culinary destinations across North America. This inclusivity has broadened the show’s appeal to both food enthusiasts as well as industry professionals and influencers. This broadcast partnership is a great opportunity to showcase Canada’s distinctive fall experiences as well as highlight how our unique cultures and geographies come to life through our culinary offering. Canada welcomed 1.3 million overnight visitors in April 2024, up 12% compared to April 2023. This brought year-to-date arrivals up to 4.1 million, up 15% year-over-year. Amid this overall positive performance, the sharp drop in overnight arrivals from Mexico was caused by the introduction of new visa requirements in February and La Semana Santa holiday period starting in March in 2024 compared to April in 2023. Over the combined period of March and April 2024, overnight arrivals from Mexico fell 30% year-over-year. View the full infographic here: https://lnkd.in/gbGGSewF
