Michael has 20 years of experience in real estate investment, management and development and is a Partner with Hungerford Properties and Seven Generations Capital. Lisa is the owner and Senior HR Consultant at Lisa Isaac HR Professional Services, with extensive experience as a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL). Jeff has over 25 years of experience in Indigenous Relations working with First Nation, Métis, and Inuit groups across Canada and is currently Leader, Indigenous Relations, MCW Group of Companies. The program provides opportunities for Indigenous businesses in Canada, which are traditionally underrepresented in supply chains, to engage with defence industry suppliers.
