    Nice Mini Cruiser

Written by (TFOL , rhodium-rated reviewer) in United States,

    Box/Instruction Manuals:

The bag is just like any other polybag with the picture of the set on it. Instructions are small as usually for polybags.

    Parts:

There aren't unique or special pieces in this just a lot of generic light and dark grey pieces. The total piece count is 56.

    The Build:

Really quick and easy nothing hard at all. Took me 1-2 minutes to build it.

    Complete Model:

Once I finished it I was really happy with it. It really resembles the actual cruiser really well. The side view has trans-yellow pieces acting as lights that you see in the movies.

    Overall Opinion:

Overall this is one of my favorite Star Wars polybags I own. The resemblance of it to the larger scale is incredible. Overall I'll give a 5 star.

    Very good list of pieces

Written by (TFOL , rhodium-rated reviewer) in United States,

This is a very good looking micro scale ship. Its not as tall as i thought it would be but that is okay. I would recommend getting this set if it is slightly on sale, but getting a ton of them if they are really cheap because they have good pieces in this set.

A nice micro model, but little else.

Written by (AFOL) in United States,

This is a very simple build. Overall, it's an okay micro model of the full size ship. The downside is that it's still somewhat small when we consider the past micro star destroyer models. More effort could have been put into defining the distinguishing features of the ship, such as the horizontal split in the hull, or the iconic shape of the bow structure.

Destroy the Resistance with this First Order Polybag.

Written by (AFOL , rhodium-rated reviewer) in Canada,

Set #30277 First Order Star Destroyer: When The Force Awakens was announced it meant a whole new world for Star Wars fans to explore. Unfortunately that new world so far has relied quite a bit on re-using old ideas in new ways. And this ship is definitely an interesting one to see in this LEGO Polybag form. But does it do the design justice? Let’s go over the pros and cons of this little model.

    Pros:

    • Wedge Shape design is faithfully represented.

    • Model is fun, just like the Star Destroyer, fun to play with and zip around to attack Republic Forces… Or Resistance Forces.

    • Displays quite nicely, good use of parts and colours.

    Cons:

    • OCD Scale Nuts may find the model disappointing due to size.

    • Small parts easy to lose.

    Overall opinion

In all honesty sometimes this style of reviewing can be difficult to master. I’ll admit that I was stretching a bit here, there aren’t a lot of horrible ideas with this polybag it’s a solid build and a solid fun little toy to play with. I’d definitely recommend this one if you can still find it, it was rather difficult to obtain, at least in Canada. Great Star Wars Polybag for TFA.
