Only two participants? That's not much of a dog show is it!

The other dogs didn't show.

You think that's bad, wait until I tell you about this zoo I went to once. All they had in the entire zoo was one dog...
(everyone knows the punchline, right?)

Something something China, something something "lion"?

While I don't have this set, it's already pretty nostalgic considering this set came out 12 years ago, along with the very first episode of LEGO Friends which kind of centered around this set for the story.

I don't, but I have the feeling it's not family-friendly.

You think that's bad, notice how there aren't even any judges! And one of these dogs is either here on its own, or Mia had two entrants, which probably goes against the rules, too.

One of the first of MANY. The originals feel so basic compared to what we'd get later. I recall the joy people on Eurobricks had when technic became more used in these sets.

Btw, one of the flags is cut off on the image

ahhh, this was my daughters era. I don't recall this set, though she probably wanted it. And that's an unprinted Tri-Wizard trophy too!

I bet you every cheese slope and 1x1 brick in this set is cracked now. It was a common problem in the early Friends sets.

It was a shih tzu?

Huh, I hadn't realised they'd changed it.

By in Netherlands,

On the one hand - look at those happy dogs, so safe, so unmolested, still in possession of all of their legs. Nova was still a long ways away. And look! The grass was still trans-neon green on this side.

On the other hand, what kind of monster judges DOGS? What horrible chain of events lead you down a path where your tiny, shriveled soul can only find a spark of joy by mercilessly declaring that one or more dogs is objectively WORSE than another dog?

I lost a lot of respect for Mia just now. In this house, we don't judge dogs.

Do you dog judges?
