My brother has this one. I have all the other Serpentine vehicles.

I never got any of the serpentine builds. I only have the "ninja" builds, such as 9446.

The mecha was pretty awesome. Also, I managed to track down the actual giant snake from an eBay seller, I remember, and that is a very cool thing to have.

I don't think I have this one specifically, but I know that I eventually tracked down a Lasha minifig.

Those stickers on narrow, curved surfaces were a pain to apply but without them the set looks plain so ya gotta do what ya gotta do.

@Zordboy:
Oh, hey, I just realized this is the minifig torso I used to make my Cthuliens! I scrubbed the paint off about 30 of these. I got really lucky, apparently, since this set came out _right_ before Brickworld Chicago 2012, and these torsos were so much cheaper than buying a bunch of S1 Clown torsos. On the other hand, I ended up having to strip paint off both sides instead of just one.

Ah yes, a set from the days when the villains got a vehicle/creature fleet so that they could actually combat the Ninja on even terms. It's a bummer that nowadays they really only get one or two large builds, one of those usually a structure, and otherwise are relegated to small vehicles or weapons that seem woefully inadequate when facing an assortment of dragons and/or mechs and/or sundry other vehicles.

By in Turkey,

This was a great theme with awesome vehicle designs. Actually, I'm working on a speeder based on this set for some time now. I'm trying to clone the look with my own touches here and there. We'll see how it ends.

This set is so good and the price was really great too. I got mine several years after it retired and it really goes well with the other great 2012 Ninjago sets.

Gotta love the tiny windscreen that only protects your chest and redirects things right into your face.

Me to Ninjago: can we get a Subtheme that isn't about snakes... FOR FIVE MINUTES?!?!?!

Discovery of the day for me: that flame piece comes in purple.

These were awesome. I never got this one specifically but as far as Ninjago oversized bikes (R) go, this seems great! It even utilizes the snkehead build common to the Fangpyre vehicles!

And that's a real car people can drive. Let's just forget one of the most essential things that's been on a car for 100 years.

Well, depending on state law where you live, you may have to move or wait until 2045 to drive one (getting filthy, stinking rich by that time would also help). Or you’d have to settle for the version for people who don’t understand physics. Depending on how the body is shaped, a windshield that only comes up to your chin (or not even that) can deflect air over your head, so you could have an unimpeded view of the road ahead. This is the science behind those bug barriers some people mount to the front edge of their car’s hood. Just that tiny bit of deflection is enough to keep bugs that clear the barrier sailing right over the roof of your car instead of splashing all over your windshield.

I have a feeling this was an RSotD before? Or maybe it’s because I really wanted it as a kid.
