Totally forgot that this is what Lloyd originally looked like. Can't even remember how he was aged up. Ninjago lore is so weird that I don't even really bother to pay attention to it because I know it will change again in another year.
Lloyd has changed so much that this might as well be called Son of Lord Garmadon.

Rewatch Ninjago Legacy of the Green Ninja “Childs Play”. I’m also like 50% sure I have this set. I lost all of my cards for the game.
Edit: I guess I owe you a better explanation, so basically Garmadon resurrected a prehistoric beast called the Grundle turning it from bones to a living creature, basically de-aging it, in the process he however turned the original 4 ninja, Kai, Cole, Zane (I know it doesn’t make sense) and Jay to kids again. The Grundle ended up terrorizing the city, and the ninja, now kids ended up getting arrested because the were accused of stealing a museum artifact, I can’t manage to spell it correctly right now. The ninja soon escape then are forced into hiding at Lloyd’s favorite place, the local arcade/pizza shop. Eventually the ninja go to Mother Doomsday’s comic store where they ask questions how to defeat the Grundle. Then Wu gives the ninja a tea to make then old again along with the Grundle. Lloyd gets in the radius of the effects of the tea and becomes old.
If you actually think about it all 5 original ninja are the same age.
Edit 2: I am almost 90% sure I have this set. I have a random golden snake that I don’t know what it’s from. I just don’t know where my 3rd young Lloyd Garmadon went. I have 9443 Rattle Copter and 9457 Fangpyre Wrecking Ball as well.
I never got any of these booster packs. I preferred the sets of the 2012 Ninjago wave.
Who knew the punk kid who got mistaken for Lord Garmadon would become the green ninja, be aged up through magic tea, then emerge as de-facto leader of the Ninjas, and then eventually sensei as Master Wu's replacement?*
*I'm guessing at the last bit. But it seems logical to think that at this point the Wu is no longer living, considering the Wu-shaped apparitions we've seen in the show this past season.
Also, in b4 everyone else: La-loyd.
L-L-O-Y-D. I named you.
Fun story, my wife and I decided on the middle name Lloyd for our second child about a week before the first trailer for the Lego Ninjago Movie came out. I was laughing extra hard at that line because of it.
This is before La-Loyd discovered he’s actually filthy stinking rich. What? The elemental power of green is truckloads of money, right?

Lloyd still got them polaroids.
The fact that he’s named “Lloyd” because it sounds vaguely like his father’s title of “Lord” is both ridiculous and kind of adorable.

So he was named by Bugs Bunny?
"L-L-O-Y-D-! His dad is bad and so is he! Boo Lloyd!"

No, Bugs is known for turning obscure Biblical figures and color names into insults, not bad pronunciations.

Third time's the Garm?
Always weird to think that the kinda-sorta main character of Ninjago only first appeared in its second wave and as a minor bad guy…

Next month, 71805 introduces a minifig that has already been called "Sensei Lloyd" in the leaks... so I guess you're close?

Which is how "Nimrod went from the name of a mighty hunter to an insult; he called Elmer Fudd "A sad little Nimrod" (or something along those lines, anyway)once, and not enough people got the reference.
Humble beginnings, to apparently becoming Master Lloyd in 71805: Jay's Mech Battle Pack
Oh, RSotD is Ninjago. NvM, I'm out

Anyone remember that orange short-leg adapter for spinners that some photos of this set showed it would include but never got released?

I do. I wonder why they never released it?
Are those Ninjago cards important for something?

Making motorcycle sounds on your bicycle.

You used to be able to play a spinner game with them. I forgot how the game went and I lost all of my cards from the Mezmo booster, Lloyd booster, Lasha Spinner and Wyplash Spinners.
Here’s the rules according to the wiki:

According to the Ninjago Wiki, it was removed because there wasn’t an actual need for it.
I never got this one but at this point it has become nostalgic for me. Ninjago has been around for so long man...
