We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to motivate team members to achieve their goals.

What you will do:

  • Manage and lead a team of sales specialists;
  • Search for new potential clients via existing channels;
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters;
  • Launch/onboard new clients;
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships;
  • Develop existing clients;
  • Provide customer-oriented service to key accounts;
  • Solve clients’ inquiries, questions, and concerns proactively;
  • Database management;
  • Achieve client engagement through innovative strategies;


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field (preferred);
  • +5 years of experience in Sales;
  • +2 years of relevant sales experience B2B in logistics/delivery companies;
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to make structured business judgement;
  • Advanced MS Office user;
  • Upper intermediate/fluent English.
