We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to motivate team members to achieve their goals.

What you will do:
Manage and lead a team of sales specialists;
Search for new potential clients via existing channels;
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters;
Launch/onboard new clients;
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships;
Develop existing clients;
Provide customer-oriented service to key accounts;
Solve clients’ inquiries, questions, and concerns proactively;
Database management;
Achieve client engagement through innovative strategies;
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field (preferred);
+5 years of experience in Sales;
+2 years of relevant sales experience B2B in logistics/delivery companies;
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to make structured business judgement;
Advanced MS Office user;
Upper intermediate/fluent English.
