El queso Gran Capitán Tostado ha recibido el premio Carrefour España a la innovación en la categoría yogures, postres y lácteos, en la décima edición de estos galardones. Gran Capitán, una de las marcas emblemáticas de Lactalis Forlasa, la unidad de negocio de quesos de Lactalis España, repite por segundo año consecutivo en estos premios que ya ganó en 2023 con su Gran Capitán son sabor a Trufa. Es la cuarta vez que nuestros quesos reciben este reconocimiento, ya que en 2019 se premió la Fondue Président y en 2017 los Camembert y Brie Ligth también de Président. Además, en este 2024, otros dos alimentos lácteos de Lactalis España han sido finalistas: en la misma categoría de yogures, postres y lácteos, con los yogures dúo de La Lechera con pera, fresa, melocotón o arándanos, de Lactalis Nestlé España, y en la categoría universo bebé, con la leche Puleva Peques Buenas Noches, de Lactalis Puleva. Borja Galindo, director general de Lactalis Forlasa, recogió este premio en un acto que presidió Elodie Perthuisot, CEO de Carrefour Esepaña. 🏆 Welcome to our First Well-being at Work Cup 🏆 Yesterday marked the inaugural edition of the WaW Cup at Lactalis, celebrating initiatives from various countries that enhance quality of life at work. At Lactalis, we believe in sharing and even replicating successful social innovations across our global network. To support this, we've established an international working group dedicated to our Well-being at Work (WaW) approach. This initiative aims to promote and share innovative ideas that improve workplace well-being. For this first edition, we received 18 initiatives from 14 countries, and three winners were selected. 🤝🌍 In early June, we had the pleasure of welcoming 33 participants from 21 countries to our Executive Integration Program.    Over the course of the week, we embarked on an enriching journey of learning, networking, and exploring the very essence of Lactalis.    Our program kicked off with a warm welcome from Emmanuel Besnier, CEO of Lactalis, followed by insightful discussions with Thierry Clément, Chief Operating Officer, and our Executive Committee Members.    On the first day, we delved into the Lactalis Leadership Model Workshop, setting the stage for understanding our core values and leadership philosophy.  The next day, participants visited the Craon plant and the Laval warehouse, gaining a firsthand look at our operations.  We wrapped up the common part with a visit to La Cité du Lait, where our rich history and innovative spirit come to life.   The event concluded with specific programs that enabled the participants to explore their respective functions in greater depth.    Once again, we are thrilled to have such a diverse and talented group join us, and we look forward to the great things we will achieve together 🙏    #Lactalis #LactalisExperience

🔔 Milestone event at Lactalis: Round table on Leadership au Féminin 🔔 Last week, we had the pleasure of organizing a round table on "women's leadership", bringing together nearly 400 employees in face-to-face and distance learning sessions. This event, held on Thursday June 6 in Laval, aimed to take stock of female leadership within Lactalis, define concrete actions to meet the associated challenges, and share everyone's visions and perspectives on this crucial subject. The meeting was an opportunity to reaffirm our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and to promote professional equality between women and men. We highlighted concrete initiatives such as the integration and promotion of diverse talents, equity in our human resources management processes, and raising awareness of inclusive behaviors among our teams. With an ambitious target set for 2033, we aim for no gender to represent more than 60% of leadership positions within Lactalis, demonstrating our determination to ensure real gender diversity and balanced gender representation in decision-making spheres. Besnier, accompanied by Thierry Clement, Catherine Roux, Christophe Jouin and Agnes Baudet - Barbezant, gained firsthand insights into the challenges and strategies of our various business units in Spain, as well as the new organization of Lactalis Spain. Beyond numerous meetings with the leadership team in Spain, led by CEO David Saliot, the Executive Committee had the chance to interact with teams on the ground, appreciate their work, and engage in informal discussions🤝.
