This is a fantastic opportunity for a super-creative and passionate Digital Product & Marketing Specialist to be a key member of our multicultural team. You will be working alongside other like-minded people, to brainstorm, develop and implement testing strategies/marketing plans for our ecommerce and e-travel strong brand partners.
You will manage the execution of the Product and Marketing strategy in the Brazil market, covering all different areas, such as Product Marketing, Merchandizing and Retention. We love cross-team-working, so you will work together with many different teams.

Responsible for online marketing strategies and campaigns for Brazil
Execute A/B and Multivariate tests with the view to maximise customer engagement and retention
Manage / coordinate measurable digital marketing campaigns (for Product, Merchandizing and Retention)
Closely monitor trends in key performance metrics such as Churn, engagement and campaign performance and take actions to address performances’ issues
Work closely with key stakeholders to implement tests and campaigns
Work with Account Management team to optimize client performance and profitability
Update and maintain websites through CMS editing
Modify and improve mailings through the Customer Data & Experience Platform
Manage, monitor and negotiate commercial terms with all key Brazil advertisers (CPA and tenancy deals)
Leverage all partner marketing assets available to secure commission increases during key campaigns (CPA and tenancy deals)
Increase members engagement, product usage and retention
Deliver post-campaign analysis to advertisers & partners
Ensuring Webloyalty is offering market leading promotions
Offering first class support to a large and diverse portfolio of advertiser clients
Analysing data to monitor performance and trends
Presenting data back to key partners to advise how best to achieve their objectives
Campaign booking, management and optimisation
Developing further relationships with affiliate network, agency and advertiser partners for BR
About You …
Fluent in Portuguese (Brazilian) & English.
Relevant online / Ecommerce Marketing experience within a B2B or B2C environment
Ability to work independently on projects as well as a being a strong team player
Accuracy and a strong eye for detail
An enthusiastic and friendly communicator, both virtually and in person!
Determination to achieve results
A self-motivated, eager to learn and pro-active nature
Experience of or an interest in negotiation/sales
Well organised with the ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
Happy to take ownership of a big and diverse portfolio of clients
Adaptable to last-minute change and/or limited time tasks

Flexibility to adapt to a growing business
Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills
Proficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint. Experience of Jira and GA4 would be an advantage
