Accountabilities

  • Responsible for setting the vision and strategy for the Luxury portfolio in LAC, as well as leading the development of full end to end luxury experiences and execution of the omnichannel plans across the Region.
  • This role is accountable for the delivery of our key business objectives for the World Class Portafolio P&L, as well as driving behind a Luxury Lifestyle optic the existing and new portafolio while championing a luxury mindset and best-in-class capabilities across the organization.
  • Develop deep understanding of consumer and understanding of how to connect the brand in culture
  • Develop and own the brand content strategy and omni-channel connections plans
  • Consolidate and manage a global-local Culture Calendar with inputs from local culture team
  • The leader and owner of brand content and connections strategy which will require brilliant creative judgement, outstanding execution and engagement with senior partners.
  • Inspiring and leading cross functional and inter-agency teams to develop breakthrough brand insights and harnessing those to deliver award winning consumer & customer experiences and brilliant execution.
  • Prioritizing and resourcing projects to achieve brand and business outcomes.
  • Manage the creation of content through on-trade, culture & partnerships & with agile media amplification
  • Ensure adherence to captivating brand world & visual identity, driving instant recognition across channels.
  • Own & Manage the brand P&L (including NRM Levers) and delivery to Luxury KPI's
  • Supporting full talent pool in the development of growth drivers that deliver against business growth ambitions and priorities whilst ensuring strategic fit.
  • Closely collaborate and work as one Luxury team with Marketing Managers, Head of Digital and Media, Head of Advocacy, Head of Luxury Commercial and Head of Luxury Customer Marketing
  • Work closely with innovation team to ensure innovation agenda and pipeline best fit the brand and business growth needs
  • Responsible for all brands' budget control and business targets to deliver brand growth for short and long term

Functional Capabilities & Skills

  • The ability to build and align a group of diverse stakeholders on that plan, working with Senior Leaders, cross functional experts, and market teams
  • Inspiring a global community of brand builders, both marketers and commercial teams, to grow the business
  • Holistic abilities across all marketing pillars as well as a track record of leading ground-breaking business results
  • Being able to excel when in ambiguity, complexity and working within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and matrix environment
  • A history of working across media, digital, social, experiential, PR, culture and trade marketing
  • + 12 years proven experience in marketing and luxury brands/experiences and leading a team, whether directly or indirectly
  • Experience working across multiple countries/geographies/cultures
