The Role
Responsibilities
Manage daily clock-in and clock-out processes for our caregiving staff.
Monitor and promptly address any operational issues, maintaining accurate records for seamless prebilling.
Handle sensitive communications with patients and their families, providing thoughtful support and information.
Deliver exceptional customer service, effectively managing incoming calls and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency.
Execute various administrative duties, ensuring everything is in order for our clients and team

Ideal Profile
Qualifications
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Experience in the home care industry; familiarity with HHA Exchange is a plus, with training provided if necessary.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in medical coding, including proficiency with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes, are essential for this role
Ability to multitask effectively and maintain composure under pressure.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with a confident and reassuring personality.
Available to work from 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
