This morning, International Fresh Produce Association, International Fresh Produce Association Southern Africa, SATI and Berries ZA visited Tessara, part of the AgroFresh family of companies, here in Cape Town. Tessara produces shelf life extension products that help bring fresh berries and grapes from farm to consumer. We had a very informative tour, learning about the production of UVASYS, as well as QC & R&D. The Cape Town facility produces 1.4 million sheets a day!
