    AlterfoRHum, progressief en humanistische netwerk op de Belgische arbeidsmarkt die een actieve wil bijdragen en een humanistisch antwoord wil bieden op de vragen van vandaag, heeft beslist om ook David Ducheyne, Chief People Officer van de groep Securex, te lauweren voor zijn HR-aanpak die een antwoord biedt op vele uitdagingen, zoals diversiteit, motivatie, duurzame inzetbaarheid en inclusie. "HR-verantwoordelijken moeten een maatschappelijke rol opnemen die niet alleen de doelstellingen van de onderneming dient, maar ook bijdraagt aan een betere maatschappij voor iedereen." David Ducheyne neemt dan ook actief deel aan de task force MVO van de onderneming. Die is actief op vijf domeinen actief – People, Governance, Ecology, Society en Customers/Partners – en vertaalt zich in initiatieven waarvan er meerdere gelinkt zijn aan HR – vermindering van de CO2-uitstoot van de vloot van bedrijfsvoertuigen, ondersteuning van het vrijwilligerswerk van de werknemers enzovoort. "HR heeft een bijkomende rol inzake MVO in de zin dat HR er voor moet zorgen dat het niet gaat om zomaar een project, maar dat die maatschappelijke verantwoordelijkheid deel gaat uitmaken van de dagelijkse werking."
