Biography
Richard McArthur was born in Lake Forest, Illinois. McArthur served in the U.S. Air Force from 1966 to 1972. and reached the rank of captain. He earned a B.A. in economics from the University of California at Davis. McArthur's career experience includes working as a special agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation.[1][2]
