Jill Koford is a small business owner, former educator, and community leader. She believes in small government, limited taxes, and individual liberty. She believes you know what’s best for your family, and how to best spend your hard-earned dollars, she believes that looking inward for strength rather than to the government is what brings prosperity to all Utah families. She believes in the promise of the American Dream and that together we can innovate to solve the most pressing issues facing Utahns: housing, education, inflation, and water. It’s time House District 10 had a strong advocate at the capitol who has seat at the table, one who makes your voice heard.

  • Inflation is crushing Utah Famililes - it's time for meaningful tax cuts for Utah families. Cutting income taxes will allow you to keep more of your hard earned income. You spend your money more effectivley for your family than the government.
  • We can fully fund education without raising taxes, support teachers and give parents choice in how to best educate their children. The Utah constitution clearly states that parents have the primary responsibility for the education of they children. It's time we all came together to form policies that elevate all outcomes for all Utah students.
  • Jill will support policies that lead to more high-skill, high-paying jobs in District 10. Let's keep our homegrown talent here by working to bring those jobs to Weber County.

Jill will protect our tax dollars by reducing spending and working for meaningful tax cuts for Utah families. Jill believes in innovation rather than regulation is the key to a thriving economy, small and limited government is good government and applying free market principles creates more opportunity, prosperity and freedoms for Utahns. We need a legislator in District 10 who has a seat at the table when decisions are being made - it's time your voice was heard and amplified at the state.

I will never forget when Ronald Reagan came to Hooper in September 1982. My oldest brother and I stood in the rain for what felt like hours to be able to listen to the president speak.

My very first working experience was as a summer volunteer in the Weber County Clerk's office where I helped with new computer technology. My first paid job was at Chick-Fil-A in the Ogden City Mall where I worked throughout high school and earned my first scholarship from the company.
