Dan Stewart is a member of the Henderson City Council in Nevada, representing Ward IV. He assumed office on January 17, 2017. His current term ends on January 7, 2025.

Stewart won re-election to the Henderson City Council to represent Ward IV in Nevada outright in the primary on June 11, 2024, after the general election was canceled.

Stewart succeeded Sam Bateman, who was elected as a justice of the peace in November 2016.[1][2]
