It was a great privilege to be part of the 2024 Australian Automotive Dealer Association (AADA) Convention and Expo this week and to engage with dealers from across the country. Our own Natalie Burrows was part of an expert panel yesterday uncovering research on the Consumer Buying Journey providing great insights and opportunities for the industry.

With road safety at the heart of everything we do, VicRoads RLS provides mobility and accessibility by registering 6.2 million vehicles and licensing almost 5 million drivers a year. Our customer service network reaches all corners of the State, with 41 Customer Service Centres, another four dedicated Licence Testing Centres, and 2 Contact Centres serving more than 90-thousand customers a week. This is in addition to our online and digital products and services which enable more than 24 million transactions per year. We also have a growing corporate, technical and commercial business that is building on our offering to customers and enabling even greater access to our products and services.

VicRoads Vehicle Report launches today! Victorians can now buy a second-hand vehicle with increased confidence thanks to the new VicRoads Vehicle Report. The VicRoads Vehicle Report is the only available vehicle report that includes Victorian registration information including registration and transfer history plus information from previous roadworthy checks. The Vehicle Report will arm consumers with information that can help them to make informed decisions on price and safety when buying a second-hand vehicle. One year ago, we embarked on a journey of modernisation at VicRoads, dedicated to transforming registration, licensing, and Custom Plates. We've taken substantial strides in enhancing VicRoads’ digital services and our internal systems, to not only modernise our organisation but also elevate the quality of service we extend to our customers. Security remains paramount in everything we do. As part of this commitment, we’ve supported almost a million customer impacted by the Optus and Latitude Data breaches with new licences. Finally, we’ve continued to service the community, with 4.2 million Victorians now holding a myVicRoads account and 364k tests delivered online. Here's to our first year and the exciting journey that lies ahead! 🎉
