  • Recently, 16 leaders from across our business participated in the first two-day session for our 2024 Female Leadership Program. As one of our key Gender Equity initiatives, the program is designed to enable a pipeline of female leaders, by equipping them with the tools to take on more senior and diverse roles across the organisation. Westfield destinations across New Zealand will soon transform into the local games village, featuring official Fan Zones to bring the energy of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games closer to home.   • This month, our customers have the opportunity to snap a selfie with a larger than life, 6m tall giant inflatable Minion, touring 12 of our Westfield Destinations in partnership with Universal Pictures for their upcoming release of Despicable Me 4. To celebrate the release, we also launched an exclusive Westfield member competition to “Win a Family Mission to Paris”, as well as had Minion meet & greets and activations.
