We are honoured to receive an AIA Regional Commendation for Coulson Creek Shed in the Residential Architecture - New category at the 2024 Darling Downs and West Moreton Regional Architecture Awards. Regional Jury Citation "Coulson Creek Shed reimagines the traditional agricultural shed as a harmonious living space that considers form, materiality, and spatial quality. While the exterior embraces the essence of a shed, the height and light of the interior seamlessly blend with the surrounding rural landscape. Strategically oriented towards Mount Greville and Coulson Creek, the shed captures breathtaking views while its spacious interior offers a modern contrast to its corrugated exterior. With a focus on simplicity, privacy, and connection to the landscape, the project is distinguished by thoughtful design and value for money." About us
Reddog Architects is a professional design practice that specialises in architecture, interior design and project management. We aim to facilitate the specific requirements of individual clients through a focussed and personalised design process. In response to the current market of rapid regional development, escalating building costs and environmental concerns, we have developed a flexible design approach in order to deliver a creative response to your project. We are extensively experienced in projects requiring exploration of a number of design solutions. Every client receives individual attention from a project director who is supported by our resourceful team of professional and technical staff. Our main philosophy is to workshop a variety of ideas and challenge various design options. We believe the concept design phase is important in determining the initial ideas and to compile a brief that meets the client's requirements. Throughout the concept phase we pay particular attention to site context, budget requirements and exploration of a variety of solutions.

Delighted to be working with Becker Sunner Consulting on this Mackay-based project.
Work has commenced to turn this former ugly duckling into the pride of the block! Construction is now underway on the civils and the built-form to transform what we've fondly dubbed the 'Mackay Parthenon' into a state-of-the-art orthodontic and dental clinic for Torque Orthodontics . Working closely with Becker Rosier Engineers Pty Ltd (structural), Reddog Architects (architectural) and Aqualogical (plumbing and hydraulics), we've taken the project through the DA and Operational Works stages. Watch this space as the project starts to take shape in the coming months.
