Namoi Cotton was established in 1962 and today is Australia’s leading cotton processing and marketing organisation. We have an extensive network of ginning, marketing and logistics operations throughout the cotton growing regions of New South Wales and southern Queensland. As part of its business operations Namoi Cotton owns and operates under a Joint Venture agreement with Louis Dreyfus Commodities, known as Namoi Cotton Alliance, three warehouse facilities in Wee Waa, Warren and Goondiwindi. Our dedicated grower services team operates from a network of regional offices based in Wee Waa, Toowoomba and Goondiwindi.

30 MILLION BALES.....and counting. Earlier this month we ginned our 30 millionth bale since 1962!! The infamous bale was ginned at our MacIntyre Gin at Goondiwindi, and the growers of the bale were the Clark Family . We met with them onsite and presented them with a gift to remember this occasion. Last week, we achieved a major milestone of Financial Close for the Kimberley Cotton Gin project! 💰 🎉 The Kimberley Cotton Co Gin project is a crucial step in expanding the Ord cotton industry. Not only will it create jobs directly at the gin, but it will also open opportunities across the supply chain. From on-farm roles to freight, logistics, and processing jobs, this project is set to make a significant impact. The project is expected to generate approximately 61 jobs and is forecasted to deliver substantial public benefits, estimated at $248 million over 20 years. We’re eagerly anticipating the practical completion of the project, just in time for the 2025 ginning season.
