Aerotech International Ltd. and Celairion announce positive collaboration. When your asset is worth millions and time is of the essence, true collaboration of all key parties is vital to a successful aircraft delivery. With efficiency and collaboration in mind, Aerotech Directors Neil Ferns and Lisa Crellin, recently travelled to Austria to meet with the Celairion CAMO team to fine-tune and hone a highly collaborative approach to future aviation transitions. This visit was the result of many years of working projects side-by-side and understanding each other's businesses. During the visit we took time to identify areas for improvement in our combined processes and procedures. Our time at Celairion’s Austrian office was spent not just modernising procedures, but also learning about each other's approaches. Recognising the critical importance of fluidity between the on-site team and CAMO. We are proud to announce that following our visit we have created a collaborative environment to ensure constant team connection and cooperation during our projects. By promoting open communication and encouraging knowledge sharing, we aim to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in our operations. Working together, we can leverage the expertise and resources of both teams, resulting in more comprehensive and effective solutions for our clients.
