Delivery:
Keep an eye on the progress of your large appliance delivery, from the moment it leaves our warehouse to its arrival at your doorstep. Our real-time tracking feature keeps you informed every step of the way, for a stress-free delivery.

Installation Service:
We get it. You need to get your new appliance up and running as soon as possible. That's why our app lets you monitor the progress of your installation service in real-time. So, whether it's a refrigerator, oven, or dishwasher, you’ll know exactly when your appliance is ready for action.

Tech Repairs:
If your tech ever needs a repair, we’ve got you covered. You can easily track repair visits for the collection or delivery back to you of your TV, laptop, PC or tablet - then you can get back to enjoying it!


White Goods In-home Repairs:
You're always in control with Track it. It keeps you informed every step of the way, so you’re never left wondering when we’ll arrive. Live tracking lets you see the progress of your White Goods Engineer on the map, so you'll know exactly when to expect them.

Rescheduling:
Need to reschedule your delivery or installation service? No problem. Simply choose a visit date that fits your schedule. Restrictions may apply. Excludes ROI for rescheduling.


Note: Restrictions may apply. For example, gas and electric cooking installation services are planned 2 days in advance, so you won’t be able to reschedule through the app with less than a day to go. However, you can still contact Customer Services for assistance.


Contact details:
You can easily add or amend contact details such as your mobile number, landline and/or email address to make sure we can keep in touch. The delivery team or White Goods Repair engineer will call you to let you know when they’re due to arrive – just to check they’ve got the most up to date details.


Alerts and status updates:
Stay in the loop with alerts and status updates. Receive notifications when we’re on our way, when your appliance has been successfully installed, or when your repair is due for collection or return. With our handy real time map you can see your stop number and where our teams are. You’ll also see live tracking updates, as well as push notifications (subject to the permission settings on your device).


Order history:
Keep track of all your past and present orders, with order history at your fingertips. View past and present orders with a few taps. Review previous installations, repair bookings and more.

Ok but UI needs improving

Seems to work ok, but please update the UI. You can see from the other reviews that customers are getting stuck.

If you select the driver’s arrow you can see the full tracking details with number of stops and where you are in the queue. I only found this by accident. Make it more obvious that you have to select the driver arrow, or better yet have it as the default view

Utterly pointless

If you track your delivery on the Currys website directly you will get the current location of the driver on a map. You will see the name of the driver. You can see what delivery number they are on as well as where you are in the delivery queue. It’s great. THE APP DOESN'T DO ANY OF THAT. It just tells you it’s out for delivery and all the info from the confirmation email that you already have.

Useless

I agree with the previous reviewer. The online tracking tells you which delivery number you are. The app just shows where they are on the map with no idea if you are next or not. Also once it is delivered to the repair shop you get no further information. I thought when it said completed my tv was repaired but it was telling me the delivery to the repair shop was completed. Received a new tracking number with a Text telling me delivery between 7am and 10:50am. On line said I was no.1. App alerted me driver on his way but not showing on the map.Driver rang me to say leaving the depot which is an hour away. So never going to get here for 7am!!
