im staying at the mantra in the village...unfortunately my room has big problems...the lighting in room and bathroom is no good...light at bathroom sink is 4 feet away...toilet has leaked the whole time i've been here ..i told a suprvisor who looked 14 and nothing happened...i have a large towel around toilet area...every door here slams all day and night...bathtub is so high u have to high jump to get out of shower...and this morning an emergeny evacuation alarm went off about 530 am...but no one was here to supervise...50 people were outside hotel with kids...ive never seen anything like it...i told mantra reception they didnt know it happened!!! and where was the manager? the so called manager???ive called accor plus and i needed to inform you of the matter before i escalate it further but accorplus are all incompetent nothing happened talking to them either...why should i ever stay in an accor hotel/???????

It was a good location. Central to everything. The checking in could be better notify people a few days earlier

I arrived rather late and I had trouble to get into my room and no staff to help me, but I had to go with my sense to the other mantra accommodation. I definitely was not impressed and very mad

Disappointed with reception on arrival. Told our room wasn't ready but they would sms us when it was. Arrived back at 2pm to find reception desk locked up. Had to ring house phone for service. Room wasn't clean, fridge defrosted and water over floor. Not a good start.
