Booked a swim out spa room and there were half eaten apple cores and glasses left of the terrace. Grape stalks on the spa wall and the pool ladder was very loose. All were rectified eventually but disappointed to have to deal with.

Very Noisy

Our room faced a neighbouring property and their pool, which was probably 15 metres away. There were 2 nights where people were out on their balcony's drunk and swearing and yelling and talking very loud. There is no glass on our bedroom window just wooden louvres, so the noise was awful. The neighbouring property pool was also in view and very noisy. We had a neighbour next door who was also extremely loud. The whole experience was unpleasant. We asked to be moved to the other side of the the property but no rooms available. It was school holidays so more children than we expected. For a couples getaway it was not what we expected. The room was a good size and location good, but I would not recommend this place for couples wanting a quiet retreat. The pools need attention and would have been good if they were heated as the water was freezing.
