This hotel is amazing. Very comfortable , strategic location, nice view, all good facilities and services. I love gym area, very convenient and variety off machines. Thank you Mr Ketut who provide my room. Definitely he’s beyond and above for his service.

Comfortable, large rooms. Great breakfast buffet provided but do not attempt to go between 9-10:30 because the queues to get in to both participating restaurants were ridiculous. This is a very busy hotel even finding a lounge by the pool was near impossible. The gym and wellness centre were fantastic. Room service was efficient and our ‘runner’ Navarre was attentive with nothing being too difficult. The position of the hotel, above City Hall station, is a bonus. We caught public transport everywhere, with the tap of a credit card, so easy! There are also restaurants, a supermarket and wellness services underneath the hotel. If you don’t mind how busy the Fairmont can be this is an ideal hotel to base yourself in during your Singapore stay!

Great spacious, comfortable room with a balcony that had lovely views of MBS, the flyer and Singapore's skyline at night (on the 26th floor). But the highlight of our stay was the excellent hospitality of Mr Irfan, who was leading the team that evening at the Gold Lounge. Warm, personable and professional, he made us feel absolutely at home for the 4 hours we stayed at the Lounge. Fairmont's service and hospitality is simply too good! Thank you, team!

The service is very considerate, the environment of the room and hotel is also very good, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. The breakfast on the second floor impressed me deeply.In addition, the room uses direct drinking water instead of bottled water, which is more convenient and environmentally friendly. The experience of bed is not bad.Although I travel outside during the day, this hotel can always relax me.
