The main reason we stay at the Swissôtel is the unbelievable location and proximity to the City Hall MRT. The hotel service is unbelievable - with special thanks to Thang and Aini who cleaned our room and took that extra care. Breakfast is always a highlight…

We had a fabulous time during our stay. The facilities were great, the view was incredible and we had great service at check in and by housekeeping. The concierge helped us refine our itinerary and gave us great tips for local food and places to visit which made it a much more intimate experience. The hotel position just above a mrt station gave us excellent walking and train access around the city, making it super convenient. Thanks to all the team.

Below par. Soon after arrival I called reception to advise the TV wasn't working. They sent an engineer to the room to fix. Day 2 I turned the TV on, but it wouldn't work......again. I called reception and they sent an engineer. The engineer told me to pull the TV out from the wall and turn the power switch off and on in quick succession. We had to do this every time we turned the TV on. Sometimes we had to turn it on and off over 10 times for the TV to work. The TV should have been replaced as soon as I advised of the issue. My flight was leaving at 8:30pm on the 16 July and my partners flight was leaving at 7:15pm on the same day. I requested a late check out but was advised it wasn't available. We were told to check out by 12pm and then wait in the upstairs lounge. I gave my details on entry to the lounge and was advised by the girl that a late check out was available but unfortunately, we had already checked out. Clearly the girl at the downstairs reception had no idea what she was doing. I am a Platinum Accor Member. The service at this hotel was appalling. Sometime over the next week I will be booking a Singapore Hotel for 6 nights in November 2024. I will not be booking this hotel.

It’s a nice hotel with good facilities . The breakfast options are good at different restaurants. The mall with the hotel is a good option to enjoy your time. Great hospitality by the staff. The room size is also good enough for the family to stay. Worth staying. 😊

We had a wonderful stay again! This is our second visit and won't be the last. The room with a view overlooking the harbour was great. The room was clean, modern and immaculate. The hotel is close to restaurants, shopping, everything you need.
