We had a lovely stay in Phuket however the rooms are very run down, the pools are too small for the size of the resort, the pool chairs were always sodden wet do you couldn’t lay down on them and they smelt. In the plus side, the shuttle bus is fantastic due to the extremely steep hill and your staff are exceptional. Your staff could not do enough and were so smiling and happy

It was nice , a few things I would change, if buying a deal stay with meals- I found it alittle boring only to have the same menu everyday, it should change perhaps half way through, staff lovely and breakfast should have more western food, alittle disappointed, good location though

We didn’t love this resort. We only booked 2 nights to catch up with friends who were staying here. It’s located on a steep hill so to get to the night market we had to catch a very overpriced tuk tuk there & back. There was a free hotel shuttle bus to the beach every half hour, would have been good if it went to the town area as well. The beach was nice. The hotel room was spacious & clean with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool, however the room had to be kept freezing to stop the condensation from making the shiny floor tiles wet & super dangerous. We needed to have jumpers on inside the room. 🥶 Any adjustment to the aircon temp & the floors became wet. We’d have loved to have the balcony doors open & aircon off for a while. The breakfast was good. We ate lunch & dinner at the restaurant, it was ok. 10 out of 10 for the cocktails though, nice & strong. Pool was nice & loungers had comfortable cushions. The pool bar was very popular & some patrons were quite drunk. The staff were efficient & friendly, particularly the restaurant staff.
